Policies

We are thrilled that you are choosing Alchemy as your tattoo studio and Naomi Shanti as your tattoo artist. We pride ourselves in providing upscale experiences that are personalized and exceptional. In order to provide the best service, we do have some policies in place that uphold the respect of the artist and client’s time and energy. 

 

For all new clients, a consultation is required before all tattoo appointments. This service is complimentary but a deposit is required to hold your time. This deposit will be applied to the full rate of your tattoo appointment if you choose to schedule one. If you or the artist choose not to proceed in scheduling a tattoo, your deposit will be refunded. The deposit amount is $100. 

 

Naomi’s current rate is $160, but beginning January 1, 2022, she will only offer half day ($500) and full day rates ($1000) for tattoo appointments. Priority is given to large pieces and intuitive realism or symbolic bird sessions. Artwork will be discussed and agreed upon during your consultation but not drawn at this time. The time needed to complete your tattoo and your full rate will be given at this time and written into a contract. Your tattoo appointment will then also be scheduled and a deposit will be taken to reserve this time for you. That deposit will be an additional $150. Along with your first deposit, this amount will also be applied to your total rate. 

 

In 2022, your total rate for the half or full day appointments must be paid prior or at the arrival of your appointment. No refunds will be given, even if you decided to end your session early. This is out of respect for the time that the artist and studio reserved specifically for you. Return clients will not need to schedule a consultation, but will still be required to pay a deposit for each tattoo session time. If you have a large piece, we recommend setting up a regular appointment on a scheduled timeline so that you may reserve the time/days you prefer and complete your piece in a suitable time frame. 

 

We know that life does happen, but cancellations or rescheduling made within 72 hours of your appointment date will forfeit your deposit completely. If this is not your first cancellation or reschedule, then you will also forfeit you deposit. If you do need to reschedule prior to 72 hours in advance and it is your first time rescheduling, your deposit will still be applied to your total rate, but another deposit of $150 will need to be paid to reserve another appointment time, which will also go towards your total. 

Naomi Shanti does not offer cover-up services. She only tattoos original artwork. Priority is given to larger pieces, her intuitive realism style, and her symbolic bird project, which you can find out more about here. Naomi also offer 10% for all first responders.
